THR reports that Wonder helmer Stephen Chbosky has signed on to write, with an eye to direct, Disney’s Prince Charming. Matt Fogel wrote the initial script for the project, which is said to be a revisionist take on the Prince character from Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella in which the story is told from the point of view of Prince Charming’s brother, who never quite lived up to the family name. A release date has not yet been targeted.
Disney has released four new tv spots for Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The marketing machine for Disney is now kicking into high gear as the release of the movie is now only 30 short days away. The film stars Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega and Oscar Isaac and will finally debut in theatres on December 15th.
Dwayne Johnson yesterday tweeted out the first official poster for his upcoming monster movie Rampage. Based on the old video game of the same name, the movie finds Johnson playing Davis Okoye, a man who shares an unshakable bond with George, an extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth.
